先日、弟のTaku.Tが会社で表彰されたそうだ。彼はNYCの大学院を出て、NYCでそのままプログラマとして働いている、日本人としては稀有な存在だ。

There was a very large/visible release this past weekend related to the trading system named XXXX which moved the XXXX system from a fee based system to a commission based system. For this project both Taku.T and Sun put in many long hours and in many cases it was not even related to their changes but rather from other enterprise systems. And when Sun was on vacation last week Taku.T really made sure that the deployment would go smooth from the XXXX side by working late leading up to the deployment and properly planning all the necessary task for production and then working throughout the weekend to ensure all the changes worked in production and ensuring the new trading system was ready for Monday morning before the market opened. For the release above there were over 100 people involved company wide as most if not all systems needed to be updated for this project.
子供のときは、殴り合いの喧嘩をしたものだけど、今となってはいい思い出だ。兄弟が褒められると、自分のこと以上に嬉しい。兄弟が傷つくと、自分のことよりも痛む。きっと、喜怒哀楽を分け合ってきたからなんだと思う。兄弟って不思議な存在だ。
